Due to Health Regulations we cannot exchange or refund Earrings or Body Jewellery.
Silvermoon is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If a product is faulty or damaged please return it to us in original pakcaging within 14 days of receipt and we will replace it or issue you a credit.
All returns for merchandise purchased online need be authorised in advance by sending an e-mail request including details of the merchandise to be returned and reason for return to firstname.lastname@example.org
All returned merchandise are subject to inspection by Silvermoon prior to exchange and/or credit being made.
For your protection, we recommend you send your return package prepaid and insured. You are responsible for the condition of the goods until they are received by Silvermoon. Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange (ie. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you are not required to pay for postage on the outgoing order.
Items cannot be returned if you have changed your mind.
