To our Silvermoon Customers,

Silvermoon Stores

Following the New Zealand government announcement, it is with a heavy heart that we have taken the decision to close all Silvermoon stores on Tuesday March 24th, until further notice.

We are still here and available online.

Update: Thursday 26th March
All orders placed during the Level 4 restriction will be shipped as soon as these restrictions lift. We are doing our bit to keep our staff isolated and safe. We will keep you updated. Thank you for your understanding. Our customer service team will still be available for any questions you may have, on email, live chat, messenger, Facebook or Instagram. 

To assist customers impacted by isolation in relation to COVID-19, we are also temporarily extending the eligibility period for returns and exchanges to 45 days from the date of purchase. This extension will be offered in Silvermoon stores and online.

We’re so grateful to have such a strong and passionate community behind us. We will continue to post  on our social channels and stay connect with you all. We’ll be working on new and exciting ways to bring sparkle in to your lives over the next few weeks.  We hope to return to business as usual and have you back in store shortly.
