Covid 19 | Update

Update: 8th September 2020


All Silvermoon stores are now up and running again as normal. We will continue to hold precautionary measures and we will be doing everything we can to honour our responsibilities as a retailer through thorough and frequent store cleanings, hand sanitiser on entry, and ensuring enough space is given both to our customers and our Silvermoon team members.⁠


We are open 24/7 online and we are able to ship all items in compliance with Government restrictions. The Silvermoon Team will work as quickly as possible to dispatch your order as soon as possible, however please allow some extra time for processing while our team adheres to social distancing requirements. Our biggest priority is doing our bit to keep our staff and community safe and working through this together. 

NZ Post are experiencing some delays within Auckland due to further social distancing precautions required by The Ministry of Health. This may delay parcels delivered within Auckland by up to 1 day. 


If for any reason, the item you have purchased online is not quite right, we are still able to accept Returns & Exchanges. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange page for more information.
