Covid 19 | Update

To our Silvermoon Customers,

Update: 13th May 2020


We are delighted to announce our Silvermoon Stores will open from Thursday 14th of May 2020.

In line with the Alert Level 2 announcement, all Silvermoon stores will be back open from Thursday 14th of May. We will be doing everything we can to honour our responsibilities as a retail store by thorough and frequent store cleanings, hand sanitising on entry and ensuring social distancing is maintained in our stores.

We can’t wait to see our Silvermoon Community back in our stores. We thank you for your continued kindness, patience and understanding whilst we work together to deliver for you and New Zealand.


NZ POST are experiencing delivery delays of up to 5 working days

Due to COVID-19 NZ Post is seeing a significant increase in parcel volumes and have delivery delays, in some cases of up to 5 working days. To NZ Post to help you, please only contact us if our tracking tool shows it’s been more than 5 working days since NZ Post received your parcel. Unfortunately the estimated delivery dates on your tracking may not be accurate given the current delays, but this does not mean your parcel is lost. We understand how important your parcels are to you and NZ Post and our team are working very hard to get them to you as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
