Covid 19 | Silvermoon Update 2021

OUR STORES

We are thrilled to welcome you back to our Wellington, Christchurch and Nelson Stores.
Please remember to wear your mask, check-in and be mindful of social distancing.
Auckland remains in Alert Level 4; therefore, all Auckland stores will remain closed but our online store is still open 24/7 for you to purchase a special piece of gift or to treat yourself! Our Customer Service team will still be available for any questions you may have, on email, live chat, messenger, Facebook or instagram.

SILVERMOON | TAURANGA CROSSING

Our Tauranga Crossing is temporary closed for Re-location.
Our Brand-new store is due to open Mid October (next to our existing site). If you have any questions or queries, please contact customer service and they will be able to assist you.
 

ONLINE ORDERS

We are open 24/7 online and we are able to ship all items in compliance with Government restrictions. The Silvermoon Team will work as quickly as possible to dispatch your order as soon as possible, however please allow some extra time for processing while our team adheres to social distancing requirements. Our biggest priority is doing our bit to keep our staff and community safe and working through this together. With a an evolving situation like this, this might change, and if so we’ll let you know. SHIPPING

We will be shipping online orders from Wednesday 1st September in accordance with the Health and Safety Guidelines. Due to the Level 3 restrictions in place for Wellington, Nelson, and Christchurch stores, we are working at reduced capacity. Please bear with us while we work through the orders received during level 4.
 

DELIVERY TIMES

Due to Level 4 Lock down, NZ POST are currently seeing significant increases in the number of parcels being sent and this combined with the workforce restrictions and safety procedures at Alert Level 4 is causing delivery delays.
Please allow an additional 5 working days (from shipping confirmation date) for delivery of your item at this time.
Help us by tracking your parcel online and only contacting our customer support team if your parcel has been delayed by more than 5 working days.
 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges during Level 4 and Level 3 due to the courier delivery restrictions and store closures. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange guidelines to see if you are eligible.
To assist customers, we are also temporarily extending the eligibility period for returns and exchanges to 10 days from when the store operates at Alert level 2. This extension will be offered in Silvermoon Stores and online.
 

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

For all made to order items, the production will begin when Auckland enters Alert Level 3. This is due to most of our Jewellers and Brand Partner Workshops located in Auckland. We understand this may be disappointing, but please know we will try our best to ensure your Jewellery is delivered to you as soon as possible.Thank you for your understanding.
