At Silvermoon, we are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If a product is faulty or damaged, please return it to us in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will replace it or issue you with a credit.
If returning merchandise purchased online, customers must email details of the item(s) to be returned and the reason for return to email@example.com.
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection by Silvermoon prior to an exchange of goods or a credit being issued.
For your protection, we recommend you send your return parcel prepaid and insured. You are responsible for the condition of the goods until they are received by Silvermoon.
Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for an exchange (for example, the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you are not required to pay postage on the outgoing order.
Please note: Items cannot be returned if you have changed your mind, so please choose carefully when making a purchase. Also, and due to health regulations, we cannot offer an exchange or a refund for earrings.
