Silvermoon reserves the right to change the information on this website from time to time, including the terms and conditions, without further notice. Any amendments will be effective immediately.
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars, and are inclusive of tax (GST is currently 15%). All prices displayed are correct at time of publication. However, we reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice. If this occurs after an order has been placed, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Even though Silvermoon attempts to provide accurate descriptions of all products available on the website, we are not responsible for any typographical or pictorial errors in this website. If a product purchased is not as described, please contact us immediately, prior to the item being worn.
Please note that not all offers / promotions available instore at Silvermoon are available online. Please read the terms and conditions of each promotion to check eligibility (or contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org). Items that have been heavily discounted, or are the clearance section of the website, may not be available instore at the price advertised on the website.
By placing an order using this website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions, and price displayed on the website. An automated confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by the customer within 10 minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive this confirmation email please check your Spam Folder. This confirmation email also acts as a proof of purchase for both warranty issues, and exchange purposes. In the event of a product no longer being available once ordered, Silvermoon will contact the customer within 3 working days and offer an alternative product or a full refund. During peak periods of trade there may be delays in the dispatch of orders. We will do our best to inform customers about this with a message on the website. Silvermoon reserves the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
Customers should be aware of their country’s import fees / duties. These fees, should they occur, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Loss or damage to purchases occurring in transit is the responsibility of the courier company. Silvermoon use Courier Post Track & Trace for all domestic orders. This is a legal requirement when distributing jewellery, and not an optional cost. Silvermoon is not responsible for any loss of items that are incorrectly signed for.
The website may contain third party advertisements and links. However, this in no way implies Silvermoon’s endorsement of these advertisements / sites, or any association with their operators.
The customer agrees that their use of this website is at their sole risk. Silvermoon will not be liable for any loss or damage (direct or otherwise) you encounter in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website or any linked website or your use of, or reliance on, information contained on or accessed through this website or any linked website. Silvermoon is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If a product is faulty or damaged we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy. Silvermoon is not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a purchase (so please choose carefully). There are also no exchanges or refunds available on items discounted greater than 25%, or marked as Clearance (we will, or course, meet our obligations in regards to warranty faults on these items).

Return the item in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt, along with a copy of your confirmation email as proof of purchase, and we will replace/exchange it or issue a credit.
Return to the Silvermoon Website:
All returns for merchandise purchased online need to be authorised in advance. Please send an e-mail request, including details of the merchandise to be returned and the reason for return, to email@example.com, or contact us on (03) 384 7057. Return the item in the original packaging within 14 days from the date of dispatch, along with a copy of your confirmation email as proof of purchase, to the following address:

For your protection, we recommend you send your return package prepaid and insured. You are responsible for the condition of the goods until they are received by Silvermoon. Your postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for an exchange you are not required to pay for postage on the outgoing order.
In both instances, the goods must be in an unworn and new condition. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection by Silvermoon prior to an exchange, or credit, being made.
