Customer Service / E-Commerce Assistant

Full time

We are currently looking for a Customer Service / E-commerce Assistant to join our busy Silvermoon head office. In this role, you will be responsible for day to day operations of the E-commerce business. At Silvermoon we work hard and fast and love what we do. RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service

  • Provide excellent service and support to customers primarily through various platforms
  • Manage customer orders and logistics
  • Maintain a high level of service awareness at all time

Website Management

  • Assist with web imports of new products
  • Upload and update all new products to the website
  • Assist with any markdown details and prices
  • Update homepage and site content regularly to support promotional activities

MUST HAVE

  • At least 1 year of experience within e-commerce, customer service, retail and/or the fashion industry is required
  • Sound understanding and experience of Shopify is prefered.
  • Intermediate Excel skills. MUST be able to create and modify CSV files on Excel.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, with an emphasis on proper spelling and grammar
  • Great understanding of customer relationship systems and/ or order management systems
  • A social and outgoing personality with the ability to build and maintain strong client relations
  • Be a multi-tasking extraordinaire and be able to work in fast paced manner

Stockroom Assistant

Full time

Silvermoon delivers the ultimate curation of Fine Jewellery as well as most coveted International and Local jewellery brands including Karen Walker, Meadowlark, Stolen Girlfriends club and many more.

We are currently looking for a Stockroom Assistant to join our busy Silvermoon head office. In this role, you will be responsible for all Warehouse stock holdings, ensuring stock is prepared correctly, organised, and gets transferred to stores as necessary.  At Silvermoon we work hard and fast and love what we do. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Incoming and outgoing stock and keep up to date every step of the way
  • Help the stockroom team with receiving and organising stock as necessary
  • Mark off all stock against supplier invoices
  • Investigate stock errors should they arise
  • Communicate deliveries on route to stores
  • Label products with accuracy and pack goods for dispatch to retail stores
  • Ensure stock room is tidy and organize and Warehouse stock holdings are stored effectively and efficiently
  • Daily replenishments of stock

MUST HAVE

  • Previous experience in a stock related role
  • Understanding of a retail environment
  • Experience in dealing with high volumes of stock
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be a multi-tasking extraordinaire and be able to work in fast paced manner
