Can you repair my jewellery?

All our Silvermoon jewellery has a warranty period. The warranty period does vary depending on the brand. Depending on the type of breakage and wear, we can offer a repair or a replacement in the case of a faulty product. Repairs and replacements outside of the warranty period may incur a fee.

Can I exchange an online purchase in store?

Yes, you may visit one of our Silvermoon stores to exchange an item or exchange for a credit note. We do not offer refunds in store for online purchases.

Please note: For items marked as final sale, we do not accept returns. Please choose carefully as any returns for these items will be declined. For more information please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page.

Does Silvermoon Jewellery come with a guarantee?

Silvermoon guarantee our diamond and fine jewellery has been made to the highest standards of quality and workmanship.

For the life of the piece we will repair or replace any item without charge, including missing diamonds or precious stones if we deem that the loss is due to faulty materials or workmanship. We also guarantee the accurate carat weight and quality representation of your stone and the gold content of your mounting stated in your valuation document.

What is Silvermoon’s after sale service for Diamond Rings?

As part of our Diamond Care Plan Silvermoon offers you the opportunity to have your diamond jewellery professionally cleaned twice a year. This is a complimentary service that we are delighted to offer as part of our After Sales Service, which also includes a professional polish on request and a check of your diamond.
