Pre-order Terms & Conditions

• Pre-order refers to an item not currently in stock. If an item is available for pre-order, you can still add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• Shipping times for items on pre-order may vary from 2 to 4 weeks. We endeavor to provide accurate timings, however, these are estimates only and may be subject to change.
• If a pre-ordered item is purchased alongside a stocked item, the available item will be sent in advance. If ordering multiple pre-ordered items, each item will be dispatched as they become available.
• A tracking number will be provided once a pre-ordered item is ready to be shipped.
• Payment for any pre-ordered items will collected at the time of ordering. All pre-order purchases must be paid in full, and once an order is placed it may not be canceled.
• If we are unable to supply any pre-ordered item, we will contact you as soon as possible & a full refund of the item will be available at that time.
