United States of America:
We are currently not shipping to The United States of America due to frequent changes in requirements. If you are in the US please get in touch at customersupport@silvermoon.co.nz and we can give you an accurate shipping price at that time.
Additional Information:
Outside of New Zealand we can’t ship to Personal of Private mailboxes. Residential and Business addresses only.
A business day is any day other than a weekend or public holiday
Within New Zealand we use NZ Post Domestic Couriers to deliver our parcels. Orders are shipped in track pack bags and require a signature upon delivery.
Outside of New Zealand we Use NZ Post International Economy +Tracking. Orders are shipped in track pack bags and require a signature upon delivery.
Once your order has been collected from Silvermoon the shipping is out of our control, we are unable to redirect, cancel, speed up or otherwise influence the delivery of your parcel.
There will be times when the international & domestic shipping targets will not be able to be met. We suggest checking the NZ Post Delivery Updates Page or International delivery updates | NZ Post to get the most up to date information.
Please allow an extra 2+ days for delivery to rural addresses and keep in mind that our courier providers may experience delays that are out of our control.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, Silvermoon will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, Silvermoon will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible.
Silvermoon offers free shipping (on applicable orders) with the understanding that the customer will keep the goods purchased.
Customs and Taxes
Please be advised that customs and taxes may apply to your international order.
Inside of New Zealand you will not incur any duties or taxes however for orders travelling outside of New Zealand, please note that Silvermoon will not be held responsible for any customs or duties charges that may be incurred on delivery into customs. Silvermoon has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; Silvermoon recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information. Any and all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. The law requires Silvermoon to state the full value of your order on the package, and this will then usually determine the applicable fees. To comply with New Zealand export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. Law from marking the order as a ‘gift’ also prohibits us, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. If you refuse a shipment due to the cost of customs duties and taxes, this amount will be deducted from your return upon arrival back to New Zealand. Any return shipping costs incurred will also be deducted.
