Returns
Clearance items discounted over 25% cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us before returning any items purchased on the website
Warranty Claims

Free Shipping
How will my order be sent?
All New Zealand orders are sent by Track and Trace with New Zealand Post. Your order can be delivered to either your home or work address (includes Rural Delivery). All packages require a signature on delivery, (this does not apply to Rural Delivery). If no one is at home when the courier attempts to deliver your parcel, a card will be left for you to contact the courier depot to organise a more convenient delivery time
Please keep in mind if you have ordered an item that is being dispatched from overseas, the order will take longer to arrive. These products will say "Please Note: This item is Internationally shipped. Please allow 7-10 working days for Delivery" in the description of the item.
When will my order be sent?
Once payment has been received, and provided no additional security checks are required, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days.
During busy periods this time frame may increase. If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons beyond Silvermoon's control we will inform you as soon as possible and refund (or credit you) for the amount that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.
We will provide you with a tracking details once your order has been dispatched to confirm your new piece of jewellery is on the way.
How long will delivery take?
New Zealand Post usually delivers within 1-2 business days* (a business day is any day other than a weekend or public holiday). If you have not received your delivery within 4 business days, you should contact Courier Post with the tracking number supplied to you.
*Items that are Internationally dispatched will take longer to arrive. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery of these items.
Additional Information:
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, Silvermoon will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, Silvermoon will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible.
Silvermoon offers free shipping (on applicable orders) with the understanding that the customer will keep the goods purchased. Should you choose to return your full priced order you will be required to pay for return shipping.
All prices displayed on the Silvermoon website include a 15% Goods and Service Tax.
Unfortunately, International shipping is currently unavailable for our overseas customers. We are working on reinstating this as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you require something urgently, please get in touch and we will do our best to facilitate your request.
Returns & Exchanges
Online Purchases

Items discounted at 25% and over are NOT eligible for return, refund or exchange.
All Returns & Exchanges are subject to the goods being inspected by a Silvermoon team member. Returns must be in perfect original condition. You may have your return/exchange declined if the item being returned appears worn in anyway.
Items returned directly to store can not be refunded on-site. The store team will advise the web team us of the return and your refund will be processed in 1-3 working days. You will get an email notification to confirm that the refund has been processed.
In Store Purchases
Returns & Exchanges for items purchased in store must be returned instore.
Silvermoon have a 28day returns policy for "Change of Mind" purchases.

Silvermoon stores do not offer Cash/Card refunds. They can refund you in the form of a Gift Card or Credit Note.
Sale Items
Sale items (items sold at a discount of 25% or above) purchased In Store or Online cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind. We will, of course, meet our obligations as per the Consumer Guarantees Act on these goods, and meet all Warranty obligations.
Warranty
All our products come with a warranty from between 6-24months (Brand dependent). A warranty claim can be lodged on an item with a manufacturers fault. Warranty does not cover general wear & tear or damaged caused by the customer. Please ensure you follow all care procedures for your items. For items purchased online please contact customersupport@silvermoon.co.nz. For items purchased instore please contact the store directly.
Afterpay
Any purchase made on Afterpay will be refunded via Afterpay. You will not be given a Cash/Card refund under any circumstances.
