• Gift Cards and Vouchers: We have made a special arrangement with the liquidator, that Silvermoon Gift Cards can now be redeemed under specific conditions: customers must match the value of the gift card with an additional spend in the store. For instance, if a customer holds a $20 gift card, they will need to make an additional purchase of $20 or more to utilize the gift card. We encourage you to utilize any outstanding gift cards or vouchers at your earliest convenience.

• Returns and Exchanges: In light of these developments, we regret to inform you that we will no longer be able to process returns or exchanges once the liquidation sale begins.

• Pending Orders and Repair: We aim to minimize the impact as many Orders and Repairs as we can. Each situation may be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will update you the status as soon as we have an instruction from the appointed liquidator.
