If a product is faulty or damaged, please return it to us in the original packaging  and we will replace it or issue you with a credit.

Q Mastercard In Store

  • *Interest Free terms and No Payments and No Interest terms are available on in store Long Term Finance (LTF) purchases $500 and over, until further notice. Exclusions may apply, see offer for details.
  • 10% Deposit will be required.
    Lending criteria, $50 annual Account Fee, fees, Ts&Cs apply. $55 Establishment Fee applies to your first LTF transaction, $35 Advance Fee applies to subsequent LTF transactions.

Gilrose In Store

When purchasing in store we offer 12 months interest free on purchases $500 and over. There is a maximum purchase limit of $15,000. Find your nearest store or enquire with us now.

In order to complete the Gilrose Finance application you will require a valid Driver’s Licence or New Zealand Passport.

If your pre-approval is successful, a welcome pack will be delivered to you via mail detailing your repayments. If Gilrose require additional information you will be contacted by Gilrose Finance.

Silvermoon Diamond Care Plan is available for any rings set with a Diamond with a retail price of $1000 or above. At the time of purchase, you will receive a Silvermoon Diamond Care Plan completed with appropriate details.

Our Diamond Care Plan offers a complete hassle-free care plan after the purchase of your jewellery, it consists of:

    One Complementary Sizing

    We offer one free complementary sizing (or remake if sizing is not feasible) for any ring.

      One Complementary Engraving

      We offer one free engraving service with a touch of your personality for diamond ring.

        Lifetime Care

        We offer free routine inspection every 6 months, as well as 5 times free polish & rhodium plating by our jeweller for any diamond ring.

          Lifetime Warranty

          Silvermoon made jewellery are warrantied against workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the product. For the life of the piece we will repair or replace any item, including missing diamonds or precious stones, if we deem that the loss is due to faulty materials or workmanship.
