Clearance items discounted over 25% cannot be returned or exchanged.
If a product is faulty or damaged, please return it to us in the original packaging and we will replace it or issue you with a credit.
Made to Order Items
All Made to Order items must be ordered before Monday 13th November 2023 to ensure delivery before Christmas.
Any Made to Order pieces purchased after the 13th of November 2023 will not be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

How will my order be sent?
All New Zealand orders are sent by Track and Trace with Courier Post. Your order can be delivered to either your home or work address (includes Rural Delivery). All packages require a signature on delivery, (this does not apply to Rural Delivery). If nobody is at home when the courier attempts to deliver the item(s), a card will be left for you to contact the courier depot to organise a more convenient delivery time.
When will my order be sent?
Once payment has been received, and provided no additional security checks are required, your order will be dispatched within 3 working days.
During busy periods this time frame may increase. If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons beyond Silvermoon's control we will inform you as soon as possible and refund (or credit you) for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.
We will automatically email you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched to confirm it is on the way.
How long will delivery take?
Courier Post normally delivers within 1-2 business days (a business day is any day other than a weekend or public holiday). If you have not received your delivery within 4 business days, you should contact Courier Post with the tracking number supplied to you.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, Silvermoon will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, Silvermoon will inform you as soon as possible.
How will my order be sent?
All international orders are shipped via NZ Post Express Courier.
When will my order be sent?
Once payment has been received, and provided no additional security checks are required, your order will be dispatched within 3 working days. We will email you once we have dispatched your order to confirm it is on the way.
How long will delivery take?
For overseas customers, delivery could take up to 14 business days depending on your country (a business day is any day other than a weekend or public holiday). The item(s) will be delivered to the address provided during the placement of the order.
Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or the delivery cost. These charges are the Buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs apply, if any, prior to making your purchase.
GST (NZ Goods and Services Tax)
All prices displayed on the Silvermoon website include a 15% Goods and Service Tax.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items need to be returned within 14 days of you receiving the product.
- All items (purchased online or in store) must be returned in their original condition in brand new, unused, saleable condition.
- Proof of purchase must be provided in the form of your receipt for in store purchases or online order number for online purchases.
- Silvermoon reserves the right to return or reject any item that does not abide to the returns policy.
Online Purchases
If for any reason the item you have purchased is not quite right, we are happy to exchange, credit or refund any item purchased online.
Please note Sale items discounted by 25% or over cannot be returned or exchanged.
If eligible for a refund, this can only be returned the same way it was processed. We are unable to refund to alternative debit/credit cards. The refund must be processed back on the original payment method used.
To request a return for your online order, please email enquiries@silvermoon.net.nz with your order number and intent to return your purchase. Once your return is approved, please securely package your items back to us with your completed returns form included via a traceable method to our online team
Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed. We will raise a credit, exchange or refund once your return has been received and accepted by Silvermoon.
Please note Silvermoon does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of being returned to us and we recommend a traceable method.
You are more than welcome to visit us in store to return your purchase if this is more convenient for you. Please understand our stores are unable to process a full refund, however they can assist you find another item to exchange for, or issue you an in store credit note voucher for you to redeem your balance in store within 12 months
Silvermoon offers free shipping (on applicable orders) with the tacit understanding that the customer will keep the goods purchased. Should you choose to return your full priced order for a refund, Silvermoon will retain any original $5.00 shipment costs incurred.
In Store Purchases
Any items purchased in store can be returned within 14 days and must be in their original packaging and in brand new, unworn condition. For in store purchases, we are only able to arrange a Silvermoon Credit or an exchange. We are unable to issue a refund for these items, on the premise that you have been in store to view and try the item. Items purchased over the phone with stores follow this same process. If you are unsure of the item, we would recommend to purchase through our online store
Change of mind for purchases made in store
We are happy to offer you with either an exchange item or a store credit if you have met our conditions of Returns and Exchanges
We are unable to offer Refunds if you have a change of mind on your in store purchase as you have had the opportunity to view the style before purchasing.
Sale Items
Sale items purchased in store cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind. This is due to sale stock being limited and you have had the opportunity to view the item in store before purchasing.
